Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to countries within the European Union. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, contact us at info@kosmostudio.cz and we’ll try to help.

Processing times

• Custom sneakers (AF1 with rope/over laces): hand-finished to order. Please allow 1–5 business days for crafting before dispatch.

• Accessories (rope laces, care products, socks): usually dispatch within 1–5 business days.
  Orders placed after 12:00 are processed the next business day. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)

• Czechia and Slovakia: 2–4 business days

• Neighboring/EU core countries (e.g., SK, PL, DE, AT): 3–7 business days

• Other EU destinations & remote areas: 3-7 business days

These are estimates provided by our carriers. Weather, peak seasons, and customs/security checks (where applicable) may cause occasional delays.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay and depend on your destination and selected method. Any promotions or free-shipping offers will be applied automatically.

Tracking & notifications

All parcels are tracked. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Address changes

Need to update your address? Contact us before your order ships. Once a parcel is in transit, changes may not be possible.

Delivery issues (lost or damaged parcels)

If your order arrives damaged or tracking hasn’t updated for several days, email info@kosmostudio.cz within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery). Keep all packaging and provide photos; we’ll open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Pre-orders & availability dates

If a product is marked pre-order or shows an availability date, we’ll dispatch it on or before that date and send tracking once shipped.

PO boxes & pickup points

Through Packeta and Balíkovna delivery services, we always deliver to the nearest box from your chosen address. In other cases, we always deliver to your chosen address.
