Sending process

Our top priority is customer satisfaction. So we try to treat your order as we would want our suppliers to treat ours.
Let's take a look at how your order is processed. Immediately upon receipt of your order, the process begins to get your sneakers into our hands. The whole process starts with creating a specific submission code that you dictate to the attendant at your Zásilkovna/Packeta location. This code will be sent to you within 24 hours of receiving your order. You have 5 days to submit your package, and you will receive another informational email within 24 hours immediately after shipping. In this email you will find the parcel number and a tracking link.

Order processing and shipping

Your parcel should reach us within 2 to 3 working days. Once we have collected your parcel you will receive another email confirming receipt.
We will then prepare your sneakers and put on the rope laces. This process usually takes 1 working day, but may take a little longer. Once your sneakers are ready, we will promptly ship them back to the shipping/packet location of your choice. We will send you an email with photos of the shoes before shipment. You will also receive tracking information for your sneakers after shipment.
So you don't have to worry about not keeping track of the condition of your sneakers. We will make sure to keep you informed.
