What is rope laces

One of the many recent fads, for example, are rope laces. For those of you who don't know what rope laces are. Rope laces are thick, usually round laces made from cotton. Rope laces make your shoes into what are called "breads" or wide loose shoes that go with wider pants.
However, these wide boots have one big drawback. And that disadvantage is that they're harder to wear. Unlike traditional boots, you can't wear them with practically everything.
